Validity of Terms

All deliveries, services and offers of  Caveman Rocketry are subject to these terms and  conditions. We explicitly refuse the validity of other general terms

and conditions . This also applies if the buyer confirms an offer of  Caveman Rocketry with reference to his terms respective purchasing conditions.

Variations of these terms and conditions are effective only if confirmed by Caveman Rocketry in writing.

Liability and Responsibility

Since Caveman Rocketry cannot control the use of the products once sold, Caveman Rocketry cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or property

damage resulting from the use or misuse of the products sold. The buyer assumes all risks and liabilities there from and accepts and uses the products sold

on these conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age to order reloads or igniters or chemicals from Caveman Rocketry.

All deliveries are according the regulations of the Dutch law.
 

Order and Contract Conclusion

All offers for products in this internet shop are without engagement and non-binding. The order is a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the seller

accepts the order. In case products of Caveman Rocketry are no longer available contrary to the information given in the internet shop, Caveman Rocketry will

inform the customer accordingly. In this case, a contract does not become effective and the customer has no claims against Caveman Rocketry. The contract for

a particular product is no longer binding if the product is on backorder for more than two months, Caveman Rocketry will inform the customer accordingly that

the contract for this particular product can be dissolved.

Right to Revocation and Return

You are entitled to revoke your order. That means that you are not longer bound to the contract if you send us a notice of revocation (in writing on a

permanent data medium) or send back the goods within 7 days of receiving the goods. The time limit is observed by sending off the revocation or the goods in

due time. You have to bear the costs for the return of the goods. You have to compensate us for a loss of value occurred through the regular use of the

goods, if you had the possibility to avoid it. If the loss of value is caused only by inspection of the goods, no compensation is required. Returns and/or

exchanges will not be honored in any case if the original receipt is not presented or if the returned goods are not in the same condition as they were send

or if parts are missing. All product selections and availability subject to change without notice.

Delivery and Returns

Goods are delivered only by respected forwarding agencies cooperating with Caveman Rocketry. For returned goods customer receives a credit note. Requested

article is to be ordered newly as usual. If customer pays against invoice, we will offset returned goods with due amounts of the according invoice or another

invoice still due. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee charged on all returned items (subject to approval).

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact or e-mail us. Never return unused motors or damaged motors containing unburned propellant or an

unburned delay element. It is illegal for an unauthorized company or individual to ship motors or igniters, which are classified Hazardous Material. Please

contact Caveman Rocketry directly if you have a concern or other issue related to motors or igniters.

Warranty/Guarantee Conditions

Warranty period is 1 year and starts with delivery of the goods.

Prices and Payment

Prices are valid from date of performance, excluding packing, insurance and shipment. Prices of goods are quoted in EURO plus statutory value-added tax .

Delivery is effected against cash, bank transfer, credit card, PayPal. Prices, specials, coupons, discounts, vouchers etc. are subject to change or

cancellation without notice.Orders will be processed and shipped after full payment of the total invoice value. There is a Euro 25.00 charge for any and all

returned checks.

Offset, Retention

The customer can only offset counter claims when these are legally ascertained or accepted by Caveman Rocketry, the customer can only enforce a right of

retention providing it is based on claims arising from the sales contract.

Retention of Title, Limitation of Liability

Goods sold remain the property of the seller until the complete obligations regarding the delivery have been fulfilled with Caveman Rocketry.

 Liability Limitations for the web shop

All prices, equipment details and illustrations found on the web shop of Caveman Rocketry are non-binding. Although the website has been created with the

utmost accuracy, Caveman Rocketry cannot guarantee that the information provided on the web shop is free of errors or inaccuracies. In no event shall Caveman

Rocketry be liable for damages resulting from direct or indirect use of the website.
